After a three-year long process of discussions, planning, and building, Allen Temple CEDC is happy to announce that our affordable rental development in Pickens, SC is complete! This first-of-its-kind development in Pickens was made possible with the support of the South Carolina State Housing and Finance Development Authority, City of Pickens, and Pickens Saving & Loan Association. As of this week, four new families are excited to call ATCEDC houses "home." The project completion was celebrated by a ribbon cutting hosted by the city of Pickens. Read the news article here.
